I have an awesome job. I get to listen to engaging consumers from all over the country, tour state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, work with incredibly talented graphic designers, and taste test delicious new top-secret products.
On top of all that, I work with amazing people who are doing truly inspiring work to bring Performance with Purpose to life. There are teams of people dedicated to sustainability, health and wellness, and innovative ways to be a force for good in our communities. And there are individuals who do great things that move our local communities forward—we get to volunteer with students through national organizations, we celebrate new artists and technologies, we walk with our coworkers to fight AIDS and breast cancer, we pioneer new marketing techniques, and we train employees to be leaders that value every stakeholder. Every week I learn about another new initiative, whether it’s our Dream Machine or Internet Week, and I’m thrilled that you get to take a new look at PepsiCo, too.
