Recent inaccurate media reports are creating some confusion around Tropicana. As part of the Tropicana team, I’d like to set the record straight so people can rest assured that our flagship brand Tropicana Pure Premium has always been and will continue to be 100% OJ with no added water or sugar.
In an interview, one of our executives shared how we work to meet different consumers’ needs through different products. One of the many ways we do that is with an innovative line called Trop50, which is for people who want the goodness of juice but with 50% less sugar and fewer calories. The great thing about Trop50 is that it not only satisfies that need, but tastes good and offers sought-after nutrients such as vitamins C and E too!
While Trop50 has been extremely successful since its 2009 launch, we are not changing the Tropicana Pure Premium that people have loved for decades. In fact, we’re celebrating that Tropicana Pure Premium is 100% pure Florida OJ. Our new ad campaign spotlights how it’s proud to be grown, picked and squeezed in Florida!
So whether you love 100% OJ or prefer something a little lighter, Tropicana has something for you.
