Dave Smyth

Dave Smyth is the quality and safety manager for Copella, the U.K.’s much-loved apple juice, at the Boxford site. He works to ensure quality and food safety standards are continually improving and that employee safety is always top of the agenda. Each day, Dave works with a team of apple juice tasters who are responsible for tasting the juice every hour to ensure consistent flavor. Additionally, Dave is the local “face of Copella,” promoting Copella through talks to local organisations and groups as well as more media focused campaigns. Dave has been with the company for seven years.
