Dave Sherman

I have worked for PepsiCo R&D in Valhalla as a Principal Scientist since 2000. I am currently a part of the Technical Insights Group focusing on Analytical Chemistry and Emerging Issues Worldwide. I love working with the analytical instruments to find simple solutions to difficult problems, assist in innovation, and to help ensure the safety and quality of our products around the world. My previous experience at PepsiCo R&D was in the Ingredient Technology Group, Flavor Quality Assurance/Quality Control Worldwide. I also have considerable experience in Environmental Chemistry and Clinical Chemistry. In 2008, I received the PepsiCo Chairman's Award. Harvey C. Russel Diversity and Inclusion Award for coordinating the “National Chemistry Week” celebration at the New York Hall of Science. In 2010, I was featured as a “Champion” fundraiser for NothingButNets.net, an organization to prevent malaria transmission, and I encourage you to join in my fundraising efforts.
