When I joined the PepsiCo Canada family less than a year ago as a Talent Acquisition Manager, my perception of the responsibilities was very clear - at least I thought it was. I joined PepsiCo to fill in for someone that had left for 1 year of maternity leave. In that time, it was to be my job to essentially find the best talent available to fill open jobs in our organization.
