Audubon Center in Greenwich, Connecticut
Improvements to the Audubon Center of Greenwich – a 295-acre wildlife refuge committed to bringing visitors of all ages closer to nature – normally are performed by a skeleton crew of two or three. On Wednesday, June 15, 2011, a group of 30 PepsiCo volunteers rolled up their sleeves, adorned heavy work gloves and clothing, disregarded the threat of deer ticks and mountain-lion sightings, and took to the trails to “Give Back” to the community.
