I’m Jenny Danzi, a Marketing Analyst working at PepsiCo HQ on Hydration Innovation. I help take new products from consumer insights to the shelf for SoBe, SoBe Lifewater, and Aquafina. Health and wellness are part of our hydration portfolio’s DNA, and our team loves to deliver unexpectedly delicious products that nourish consumers—all wrapped in a package you’ll be proud to carry. As marketers, we also promise to elevate design, both in our consumer-facing communications and our daily lives. Since so much of innovation requires being immersed in the trends and values that are emerging from influential groups, I am thrilled to get the chance to tap into Internet Week and all of the inspiration it has to offer.

New pepsicorps Seeks to Partner with NGO’s Worldwide

In times when the world needs business-minded people with social empathy — and socially-minded people benefit from business skills — a new leadership-development program announced by PepsiCo makes all kinds of sense. pepsicorps is a month-long international business trip with a difference. Teams of seven to eight associates drawn from across PepsiCo business units, functions and company locations all over the world will partner with NGOs to work on projects related to one of three areas – Clean Water, Nutrition & Fitness, and Sustainable Agriculture. Participants will draw on skills learned in business contexts (e.g., financial planning, marketing and communications, supply-chain and operations, engineering, design) to help the host community. I have an awesome job. I get to listen to engaging consumers from all over the country, tour state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, work with incredibly talented graphic designers, and taste test delicious new top-secret products. On top of all that, I work with amazing people who are doing truly inspiring work to bring Performance with Purpose to life. There are teams of people dedicated to sustainability, health and wellness, and innovative ways to be a force for good in our communities.
