LaToya Francis

I’ve been at PepsiCo for seven years and have worked in various departments of Human Resources, like Talent Management, HR for Supply Chain Beverages, and HR for Quaker Foods and Snacks. I currently work in our Global Diversity & Inclusion Department as the executive assistant to the senior vice president. In addition to my main job, I’m also involved in the employee resource groups for women of color and our group for administrative professionals, which keeps me busy. I like to do anything that will allow me to be creative, whether it’s at work or play. When I’m not working, I like to cook, decorate, travel and sometimes just veg out in front of the TV. Currently, I think of myself as being in transition to become a better me!
