My boss and I decided not to go to work last Friday. Instead, we joined Lynda Costa, president of EnAble, PepsiCo’s employee advocacy group for people with disabilities (PWD), in heading to Columbia University’s business school where we saw Rich Donovan, Columbia Business School Class of 2002. Rich is visibly disabled due to cerebral palsy, but cracks jokes about the rest of us “normal-ites” being just temporarily able. He offers generally wise counsel on how companies can see good returns on investments in serving the disabled. Read more
