Manoj Fenelon

Manoj Fenelon is director of foresight for the Global Beverage Group at PepsiCo. He grew up in southern India and has degrees in Management Studies and Communication Science. He has taught persuasion to undergraduates, written advertising copy, worked in a mom & pop video store, and has been in consumer research since 2000, the last 7 years with the Strategy & Insights department at PepsiCo.

EnAbling Innovation… by Taking Fridays Off

My boss and I decided not to go to work last Friday. Instead, we joined Lynda Costa, president of EnAble, PepsiCo’s employee advocacy group for people with disabilities (PWD), in heading to Columbia University’s business school where we saw Rich Donovan, Columbia Business School Class of 2002. Rich is visibly disabled due to cerebral palsy, but cracks jokes about the rest of us “normal-ites” being just temporarily able. He offers generally wise counsel on how companies can see good returns on investments in serving the disabled. Read more
